1How these terms work

These Plintrix Terms of Use are product terms under Avenoric's Terms of Service. Together they are the agreement between you and Avenoric for using Plintrix (the website, the app and everything in it). Where these terms cover something specific to Plintrix, they apply; everything else follows Avenoric's Terms.

By using Plintrix you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Plintrix.

2Who can use Plintrix

Plintrix is for adults: you must be 18 or older to use it. When you set up Plintrix you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

If you use Plintrix for an organisation (for example a company or college club), you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

3Guest mode and accounts

You can start learning as a guest, without an account. Guest progress is tied to your browser: if you clear your browser data or switch devices before creating an account, it may be lost. Create a free account (email or Google) to keep your progress safe on every device.

Keep your login details secure, and tell us at support@avenoric.tech if you think someone else is using your account. You can sign out of every device from your Profile, and delete your account at any time.

One person, one account. Some features (like new AI-written units) need an account rather than a guest session.

4AI-written lessons and Ask Pli

Plintrix's courses are written by AI, and every question is checked by automated quality gates (including a second AI that answers it independently) before you see it. Ask Pli, our AI tutor, answers from Plintrix's lessons and shows its sources. Even so:

• AI can be wrong. Lessons and answers may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before relying on it, and tell us when something looks off.
• It's education, not advice. Nothing on Plintrix is legal, financial, medical, career or other professional advice, and Plintrix doesn't guarantee any job, admission, exam result or business outcome.
• Certificates (on Pro Career) show that you completed a Plintrix course. They are not a degree or an accredited qualification.

When you ask Pli a question or write a prompt for grading, what you type is processed by AI models to give you a response. Please don't enter passwords, ID numbers, health details or anyone else's personal information.

5Your username and leaderboards

Every learner gets a generated username and avatar. Your username, avatar and weekly XP are visible to other learners in your league. Your real name and email are never shown on leaderboards.

You can change your username, but it must not impersonate anyone, be offensive, or include contact details or links. We may change usernames that break these rules.

6XP, gems, hearts and streaks

XP, gems, hearts, streaks, streak freezes, streak repairs, league positions and achievements are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and aren't property you own. We may adjust them to fix bugs, undo abuse, or rebalance the game.

7Fair use

Use Plintrix to learn, and let others do the same. Don't:

• use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to farm XP, climb leagues, or get around daily limits;
• scrape lessons or use Ask Pli or the grader as a free general-purpose AI service;
• try to manipulate the AI (for example with prompt injection) to cheat grading or produce harmful content;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• use Plintrix to break the law, cheat on exams or assignments, or harm anyone.

We set reasonable daily limits on AI features to keep Plintrix fast and affordable for everyone.

8Plintrix Pro and payments

The first two units of every core course are free. Plintrix Pro and Pro Career are paid plans with extra features, such as every unit of every course, courses Pli writes for your job, unlimited hearts, every skill track in full and more Ask Pli. Current prices are shown on the upgrade page in Indian rupees. The price you see is the price you pay.

• You can pay once for a fixed period (one month or one year), which never renews, or turn on autopay, which renews at the same price each period until you turn it off in Profile. We remind you before every autopay charge, and turning it off keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you buy again before it ends, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
• "Unlimited" features on paid plans are for personal learning and subject to fair use: to keep the service fast for everyone, there are high daily ceilings (for example, 500 AI-graded prompts a day) that normal learning never reaches.
• Gem packs are one-time purchases of gems, a virtual item used only inside Plintrix. Gems have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and gem purchases are final.
• Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy: plan payments are refunded only for genuine problems reported within 7 days, and gem packs are not refunded.

We may change prices for future purchases; a period you've already paid for won't be affected.

9Reminders

If you turn on reminders, we'll send learning notifications (for example, to help you keep your streak). If you have an account, we may also send at most one reminder email a day on days you haven't learned. You choose the time, and you can turn either off any time in your Profile, your browser settings, or from the link in any reminder email.

10Suspension and ending

You can stop using Plintrix and delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other learners or the service at risk. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of your plan.

11Disclaimers and liability

Plintrix is provided “as is”. The disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity in Avenoric's Terms of Service apply to Plintrix. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be limited.

12Grievances, governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we'll genuinely try to sort it out quickly.

We may update these terms as Plintrix grows. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
