Plintrix is owned entirely by Avenoric (formerly K&D Labs), which is completely owned by Kanak Raj (Founder & CEO). By using Plintrix, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 13+ or use the service under parental/guardian supervision.

2. Service Description

Plintrix provides AI-generated career roadmaps, action plans, and mentorship support. AI output may not always be 100% accurate and should be verified before making major career decisions.

3. No Misuse

You agree NOT to:

  • Abuse or exploit the AI
  • Attempt hacking or reverse engineering the platform
  • Upload harmful or illegal content

4. Accounts

You must use accurate information. We may suspend accounts violating our Terms.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Plintrix Pro offers “unlimited roadmap generation and AI execution queries” for genuine career development. To ensure platform stability, protect system resources, and maintain a high-quality experience for all users, Plintrix applies a Fair Usage Policy.

5.1 Purpose of Fair Usage

This policy exists solely to prevent automated misuse, scripted attacks, abnormal usage spikes, or behavior that is not consistent with real human use. It does NOT exist to limit or restrict genuine users.

5.2 What “Unlimited” Means

“Unlimited” refers to unlimited normal usage. Genuine users should never feel limited during regular or even heavy use. However, Plintrix may apply soft limits when usage becomes extremely high in a way that resembles automation, botting, or abuse.

5.3 Temporary Slow-Downs & Account Suspension

If unusual activity (extremely rapid requests, automated behavior) is detected, Plintrix may temporarily pause your ability to send new requests. Serious or repeated misuse may result in account termination without refund. Real users are always prioritized, and limits are never intended to block legitimate usage.

6. Payments

Premium features (Plintrix Pro) require payment. Payments are handled securely via third-party gateways like Razorpay or Stripe.

7. Intellectual Property

All Plintrix content, branding, and underlying systems are owned by Kanak Raj (Founder & CEO, Avenoric (formerly K&D Labs)). You receive a limited personal licence to use the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Avenoric (formerly K&D Labs) is not liable for:

  • Loss of employment or missed opportunities
  • Misunderstanding of AI outputs
  • Indirect or incidental damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Avenoric (formerly K&D Labs) and Kanak Raj against any misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms follow Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts near the residence of the owner (Kanak Raj).
