Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plintrix is owned entirely by Avenoric (formerly K&D Labs), which is completely owned by Kanak Raj (Founder & CEO).

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your Plintrix Pro subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate costs of AI compute required to generate your personalized career roadmaps, refunds are generally not provided once a generation has occurred. If you believe there was an unauthorized charge or an error in billing, please contact us immediately.

3. Abuse & Suspension

Accounts that violate our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) by attempting to automate, scrape, or exploit the AI will be permanently suspended without a refund.

4. Governing Law

These terms follow Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts near the residence of the owner (Kanak Raj).
